Food Lion MVP Shop & Share Program

The Food Lion Shop & Share Program is going very well for our agency. The Arc/Rowan has been receiving quarterly checks from Food Lion and we appreciate all your support. This is a great way and a very convenient way to raise money for The Arc/Rowan!!

For those of you who are not familiar with the program here goes - each time you shop at Food Lion and use your MVP card, a portion of your total grocery purchase will be donated to The Arc/Rowan.

So if you have not signed up here is your chance. There are two ways you can sign up for the Food Lion Shop and Share Program:
1. Provide your name, address, MVP card # and phone number to The Arc/Rowan at 704-637-1521, or you can mail it to our office at 1918 W. Innes St., Salisbury, NC 28144. We'll take care of it from there!
2. You can sign up by going to www.foodlion.com . Go to fundraising - click to register MVP card and then complete steps 1 & 2. If you register your number yourself, please remember that this number has to be registered each year.

The Arc/Rowan Special Assistance Fund

Mission Statement
Establish a long-term means for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities who have specific needs that cannot be met by traditional or governmental funding sources.

The Special Assistance Fund consists of donations received by The Arc/Rowan as memorials, honorariums, or special contributions.
Funds will be invested conservatively to provide growth of the fund will be used annually for special needs.
None of the funds can be used for operational expenses.
Board approval is required for all expenditures.

Please consider making a donation to the Special Assistance Fund. Your contribution can help individuals now and for many years in the future!
